Equine Massage
Welcome!
I am currently Certified to perform Maintenance Massage for Equines. I am also working on the next level of Equine Massage which is Performance Massage. The third level will round out my education with Rehabilitative Massage. Please feel free to click on my brochure to read about the different levels of Equine Massage and how massage can benefit your equine. You can email or call me if you have any questions or are just curious about Equine Massage. I also teach classes for equines and their owners on stretching techniques and light massage that you can learn to create a better bond and relationship with your animal. *Equine Massage practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe. Equine Massage is not a substitute for veterinary care; it is used in addition to standard medical treatments. Massage should always be performed by a trained and certified person. A certified practitioner of Equine Massage is trained in anatomy, movement and observation and may decline to proceed with a massage treatment if the health of the horse is at risk. Animals suffering from fever, shock, infection, open wounds, rashes, lumps and immune disease should not be treated unless a veterinarian is consulted.
